General Information
The Swan is a good sized open plan pub in a high street location.
The pub has 50 covers and a fully equipped theatre style kitchen.
We are looking for someone to come in and run the kitchen as a residency/concession for a 3 to 6 month period.
There is an established customer base waiting for the right operator to provide a great long term food offering.
The kitchen includes a 6 burner oven, char grill, double fryer, convection oven, pot wash, dish washer, perp area and microwave.
There is a large outside space and additional seating at the front.
We are open to suggestion in terms of the type of food to serve.
Prices start from £45 a day depending on the length of your bookings.
