General Information
This space has been designed with comfort in mind. Even though this space is predominantly used as the communal area, it can also be hired out, if not being used. This space is great for small gatherings and is a great back drop for small pop up events. Ideally located in the basement, it is private, and adjoins the kitchen, where we have a microwave and large fridge available to use.
The lighting can be changed accordingly to create the atmosphere and perfect environment depending on your requirement.
The room itself can come as empty shell or with the furniture as advertised above.
