THE AREA
This shop is based in a small shopping district in the Seven Dials area, Brighton. The high street serves the surrounding residential neighbourhood and includes cafes, pubs and other businesses.
THE SPACE
This is an 800 sqft retail unit (not suitable for food) with a large bright showroom on ground level with a large window onto the street. The showroom is c. 200 sqft with a long rectangular shape and there is plenty of storage room in the downstairs below. The unit also includes a toilet and a small kitchen area (for staff use).
WHO WE ARE & AVAILABILITY
Our posture driven chair business has moved to a new location in Brighton and we would like to make the remainder of our lease (6 weeks) available to a pop up.
