ABOUT OUR SPACE
The Milk Retail area is approximately 7,300 square feet of space located on the ground floor of an eight story, 325,000 square foot office and retail property, home to Georgio Armani headquarters, MILK Studios and Jeffrey retail store.
The space has 2 ADA unisex bathrooms and an ADA lift as the space is divided by about 4 stairs between the upper and lower portions.
Wifi, HVAC are available, as is 24/7 access to the loading dock and trash with minimal additional fees. Rentals are not included. Direct access to a loading dock and through the rear of the space and 14th street access from the front of the space.
WHAT WE ARE PERFECT FOR
The Milk Space is multi-use and can be successfully used for a variety of events. There is sufficient area for retail pop ups, product showcasing, performances, filming, and all kinds of productions.
IMG has hosted NY Fashion Week headquarters there, Wired has had a month long pop up in the space, Hendricks Gin has hosted promotional events, and Seinfeld (the show) set up a mock apartment for an activation event.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
We are located at 451-459 West 14th St, on 10th Ave in the Chelsea neighborhood. We are directly across from the Chelsea market, Youtube studios, and Google, and next to the Highline elevated park.
