Created by the Downtown Alliance and designed by Gensler, LOWER MANHATTAN HQ is a collaboration space for Lower Manhattan's creatives and creators.
LM marks the spot for thriving work ethics, booming businesses and a visitor and residential market that continues to grow new generations. Our LM ecosystem is comprised of multiple industries, 800+ tech firms and startups, major brands, agencies and media companies.
OUR SPACE
LMHQ is a new kind of working environment featuring event space with state of the art a/v, meeting & brainstorming rooms, programming by NY Tech Meetup and NY Tech Council, workspace, coffee bar and on-site tech support. Meet us at LMHQ, and do more than just work.
LMHQ serves as "the third space" in between your home and office. We function as an add-on to your office - get away from your desk and take up some space here, hold a meeting, have a war room, or host an event for up to 140 guests. You can work smart offsite at LMHQ.

We're located in Lower Manhattan on the 20th floor of 150 Broadway. We've got some pretty incredible views of the city from all angles.
