designjunction is looking for new and exciting eateries to pop-up during the London show this September...

Location: The College (formerly Central Saint Martins) Holborn.
About us: designjunction is a platform for commercial and cultural design. We create innovative and curated design exhibitions within unusual, industrial spaces. The College, former home to Central Saint Martins, will host 180 leading design brands. The iconic building on Southampton Row has been largely disused since the schools closure in 2008. Our curated plethora of contemporary design brands will create a unique and striking contrast to the characteristic classrooms of Britain's oldest design school.
We're looking for a cutting-edge food operator to run an onsite restaurant. Previous food pop-ups we've hosted include - Jaime Oliver's Barbecoa, Fernandez & Wells, The Wright Brother's Champagne and Oyster bar, La Marzocco coffee shops, Italian ice-cream from Gelupo, hearty British restaurateurs Canteen, street food vans from Southbank's Real Food Festival plus many more.
