Black Swan Studios is a 3,500 sq ft ground floor event space set off the trendy Bermondsey Street. Located just South of the river and a 5 minute walk from London Bridge Station. The studio benefits from it's discreet and private location in the prestigious Black Swan Yard.
Bright white with original grey gloss concrete flooring, the space has a cool industrial feel and the 6 giant sky lights flood the interiors with natural light.
Offering original warehouse features from this ex leather factory, with ceiling heights of 6.5 metres, rigging at 3.3 metres and Victorian style loading/sliding doors accommodating vehicle access for easy event set up.
Black Swan Studios benefits from a separate green room. This could be used as a changing room for fashion shoots, a luxury breakout room or just to add another dimension to your event.
The building has single and 3 phase electricity, WiFi, 5 toilets, an accessible toilet and a baby changing unit.
We have a fitted bar facility with an excellent list of private caterers that can be brought in for special functions as well as a premises drinks license up to 11pm with the capacity to seek Temporary Event Notices if needed for later hours.
The space has HD projectors, a PA system and fully incorporated surround sound.
The blank canvas space is perfect for pop-ups, product launches, fashion shows, photo shoots, filming, press days, conferences, private screenings and many more.
Parking - If Black Swan Studios isn't quite right for your project but you still need a base set up, the studio can be used as a large parking facility, production office, or storage.
The working studio space is wheel chair accessible.
