General Information
71a Gallery in the heart of Shoreditch features a combined screening room, gallery and workshop with separate bar and lounge.
The space plays host to regular and one-off events throughout the year.
The entrance is on the ground floor with a small wooden shop area, the gallery is located in the basement. As you go downstairs you enter a bar and sitting area with three tables and benches. It opens up to a large gallery space with adjustable back wall.
71a is equipped for screenings, lectures and workshops. Our blackout screening room seats 52 and features a 7.2* Dolby Surround speaker set-up, 3D-ready HD projection and 106" screen. It's an intimate space but one that's equally comfortable cranking out bass- thumping blockbuster action as art-house indie reveries.
