General Information
We are an unconventional off licence and a convenience store, with some surplus space available on the high street in Ruislip. The space is available for another party to set up a pop up shop on a busy high street with low cost.
Please note that we are quite an innovative young business with a newly refurbished shop, in a prime location.
Please note the following with regards to the shop:
1 - Location - Our store occupies the prime location being 30 second walk from Ruislip Tube Station, which is serviced by the Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line. All commuting traffic passes the shop to and from Central London. We benefit from a high level of footfall traffic, as well as loyal local residents.
2 - Ruislip is an extremely affluent area, with the likes of a Sony Centre being present on the high street.
3 - We are one of the few local stores on the high street with late trading hours of 23.00pm, and feel that this would greatly increase revenues for any pop up shops.
4 - We have recently refurbished the shop and are attracting a higher number of clients then ever before, providing an opportunity again to increase revenue.
5 - We have invested heavily in marketing, whilst being innovate in ways that no other store in the area has done such as putting up a HD 42 inch Television advertising products which has proved super successful.
