The BASEMENT Bermondsey Street, is a multifunctional work space, conveniently located near London Bridge Station, moments from Bermondsey Square, the City and Tower Bridge, opposite White Cube, surrounded by galleries, chic bars, cafes and restaurants on bustling Bermondsey Street.
The work space is an open wood floor area measuring approx. 40 square meters and suitable for 8-10 people/desks. There is a separated glass divided meeting room / office space, measuring approx. 10 square meters, with large table and accommodating 4-8 people for meetings.
Alternatively, companies might prefer to use this enclosed area as the workspace - suitable for 4-6 people/desks - and the larger 40 meter wooden floor area for other purposes (ie. rehearsal space, photographic area for portraits/still-life shoots or production area). There is also the option to rent this smaller workspace area ONLY at a lower rate (contact us for more details).
The space is heated and has fast fibre wi-fi. Other areas include a bathroom and shared kitchen and meeting/relaxation space. These areas are shared with VITRINE gallery located on the ground floor (with a staff of 3 people). There is secure 24-hour access through alarmed and locked doors.
The tenant in the basement also has access to hire the ground floor VITRINE gallery space - ideal for functions, networking events or christmas parties - and can use this space when available and pre-booked at a 50% discounted rate.
